Ashley Guava uses her combined education in public relations and audio production to bring a multifaceted, adaptable, and engaged approach to her work life.
Her previous experience includes media outlet and content research, social media planning, writing & design, event coordination, content editing, creation, and promotion, website auditing & creation, project management, audio/visual design, and relationship building.
Ashley served as president of KU’s Public Relations Student Society of America where she has honed her ability to be decisive and capable in any situation. Understanding the value of teamwork and flexibility, Ashley is adept at facilitating groups and tailoring experiences toward set goals. She is interested in how effective communication can foster creativity, connection, and expand opportunity.
Through her interests in language, movement, sound, and collaboration to promote understanding, she brings her passion for storytelling and commitment to every client engagement.
My 'What' I am passionate about merging intent, purpose, wellness, style and sustainability with expertise in writing, public relations, digital and print media, and audio production. I am deeply interested in creative arts such as music and podcasting, and have a strong inclination towards philosophy, language, and understanding in different social contexts. Additionally, I have a keen interest in movement, nature, homes, sustainable fashion and creative direction. With skills in content creation, website creation, brand storytelling, and community engagement, I am committed to promoting creativity, literacy, and ethical consumer behavior. My experience spans across various media platforms, contributing to my ability to communicate effectively and engage audiences in meaningful conversations. I am eager to integrate these passions into roles in holistic wellness, creative direction, or sustainable brand strategy, leveraging my expertise to drive positive change. My interest in travel, nature, homes, publishing, sound, fashion, wellness, and creative writing further enhances my ability to craft compelling narratives and advocate for supportive practices.
